Preparing yourself mentally and physically is very important to the success of this 7 day diet. A few days before you plan to start this 7 day diet, you should make sure you have done the following:
1. Make sure you are doing it for the right reasons and determine what you intend to achieve
2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water each day to prime the body to shed weight as well as perform detox activities.
3. Absolutely NO CAFFEINE OR ALCOHOL the day before and during your 1 week diet
4. Stock up on foods you need for the next 7 days – fruits, vegetables, skimmilk, lean meats/fish etc.
5. Weigh yourself, and of course, take the following very seriously.
