Preparing yourself mentally and physically is very important to the success of this 7 day diet. A few days before you plan to start this 7 day diet, you should make sure you have done the following:
1. Make sure you are doing it for the right reasons and determine what you intend to achieve
2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water each day to prime the body to shed weight as well as perform detox activities.
3. Cut down on your coffee and alcohol and consume only water the day before you start your diet
4. Stock up on foods you need for the next 7 days – fruits, vegetables, skim milk, lean meats/fish etc.
5. Weigh yourself and note down your start weight.
