Before you start:*
Preparing yourself mentally and physically is
very important to the success of this diet. A
few days before you plan to start you should make sure
you have done the following:
1. Make sure you are doing it for the right
reasons and determine what you intend to
2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water each day to
prime the body to shed weight as well as perform detox
activities. Absolutely NO CAFFEINE OR
3. Stock up on foods you need for the next 7 days – fruits, vegetables, skim milk, lean meats/fish etc.
4. Weigh yourself, and of course, take the following very seriously.

Each day you are on the diet, you should drink 8-10 glasses of water to enable the weight loss and detox process in your body.
Also consume “Wonder Soup” each day. This is a vegetable soup rich in fiber, vitamins & minerals and can be consumed in unlimited quantities throughout the 7 day period.
- 64 oz water (add more if needed)
- 06 large onions
- 02 green peppers
- 03 whole tomatoes
- 1 cabbage
- 1 bunch celery - add herbs and seasoning as desired.
Boil all ingredients together for 45 minutes on medium flame and eat!
