Didn't feel hungry but had to pee all the time because of the water...including what I actually ate because the website don't have all the fruit and specific quantity listed. Also started the diet yesterday too.

Breakfast-Cucumber (1) with seasoned salt...I should have left that out...as I didn't really need it.
Lunch and Snack-Handfuls of Baby Spinach, Celery (7 ribs from one stalk), and cucumber (1)....it was still cold from the frig so I popped the mixture in the microwave and it was delicious warm...but I saved what I'm looking forwarded to for last....THE BAKED POTATO....gonna add fresh broccoli crown (1)
Dinner-large baked potato (sliced and with a table spoon of olive and salt) with one broccoli crown
I drank water, Tension Tamer herbal tea (2 cups), Oolong tea (four cups), and Sleepytime Vanilla herbal tea (2 cups)....made & drank 16 oz of baby spinach, celery and cucumber juice...yum!
