ME AND MY BOYFRIEND DECIDED TO DO THIS DIET. AND AFTER THE 4TH DAY WE KINDA OF WANT TO QUIT. BUT WE DIDN'T WE DID GREAT. WE'RE GOING TO TRY TO KEEP MORE VEGGIES AND FRUIT WITH OUR MEALS. ALSO MADE THE WONDER SOUP. IT HELP CAUSE I NEED MORE FOOD. HEAD UP, YOU WILL HAVE VEGGIE BREATH FOR WHILE. I LOST 9 LBS AND MY BOYFRIEND LOST 7LBS

I was very impressed at the result after 7 days, of which I lost 11LBS so I decided to do I the following wk. :) so at the moment ive lost 13 + I wish I could reach the 20lbs goal at the end of the 2nd wk

I didn't stick to the diet well and I quit on day 5 but I feel if I had stuck with it I would've reached maximum weight loss of 10-11 pounds.
